1.General Subject to stock availability

. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.

Packaging:

We take professionalism and discreetness seriously. All orders are discreetly packaged in a plain brown box with no markings or logos on the outside of the box. The only visible information on the outside of the box will be the shipping label and customs info (if international).

Processing and Shipping:

Custom Products – Custom products will have an estimated 1 day processing time. If there is an issue or it will take longer, we will contact you with details.Ready-to-Ship Products – small to medium quanity orders that are ready to ship will typically ship within 1-3 business days. If there is an issue, we will contact you. United States: Average transit time is typically 2-5 days for bulk orders. International Shipping: We ship to a wide range of countries. You can confirm if we ship to your country by entering in your shipping address into your cart. Packages are shipped via First-Class Package International Service.

International packages have a 5 – 7 day transit time, but may take longer. As we are not guaranteed delivery dates by the currier, we cannot guarantee delivery dates to you.*You must provide us with an accurate phone number for custom’s documentation.

Customs and Import Taxes:

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We urge you to seek more information on import taxes from your customs office. We are not responsible for delays or damages due to customs. We have made every effort to verify safe shipping destinations. It is up to you as the purchaser to know your local, regional, and national laws. Orders confiscated, damaged, or otherwise mishandled by customs will not be refunded. Make sure you include a valid working phone number that may be required or needed by your customs office.

Customs forms are labeled “Silicone Sculpture” on all international orders.

We will not alter, change the price, or otherwise offer misleading information on customs forms. So please do not ask.

Lost or Missing Packages:

Once we ship a package we no longer have any more information about its location other than what is shown online. You should track your package using the tracking number provided to you. If you have additional concerns, please contact the shipping agency directly. If any package appears to be lost or missing, please contact your local post office with the tracking information for help.

Prior to purchasing, please verify all information is accurate including apartment numbers, P.O. boxes, zip codes, and spellings. International customers should include a valid working phone number for use by customs officials, if needed.

Returns & Exchanges:

Custom Orders may be cancelled prior to the creation of a shipping label. Custom orders not cancelled prior to beginning production (silicone drawn for order) will receive a refund minus a 20% stocking fee. Custom orders cancelled prior to entering production will receive a full refund.

Cancellations on Ready to ship products will be accepted prior to creation of a shipping label.  Please note ready to ship items may ship the same day the order is received.

Due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns or exchanges. Regardless if the product has been used or not. Please read all descriptions, review size charts, and understand our firmness guide prior to ordering. Wobbly floppers will have any known defects described and photographed.

If you have any problems with your order please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue. If there are significant issues not noted in the product description, we will at our discretion, offer a partial refund, offer store credit, or offer other remedies at our discretion.In the extremely rare instance we decide to provide a full replacement product, the replacement will match the original order as closely as possible based on availability. Changes to size, firmness, colors, or options will not be allowed. The original received product will also require documented destruction prior to any replacement being sent out.

Warranty Returns

WE will happily honor any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within 90 days of receipt of items. Customers will be required to pre-pay the return shipping, however, we will reimburse you upon successful warranty claim. Upon return receipt of items for warranty claim, you can expect GREEN 420 ISOLATE to process your warranty claim within 7 days. Once warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of: (a) refund to your payment method (b) a refund in store credit (c) a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)

Change Of Delivery Address

For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

Items Out Of Stock

If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock items and dispatch the rest of the order.

Delivery Time Exceeded

If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation

Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

Parcels Damaged In Transit

If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps.

Import Duties & Taxes

Import duties and taxes for international shipments will be pre-paid, without any additional fees to be paid by customer upon arrival in destination country

Cancellations

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.
